Coming events for 2017

November 4, 2017 - CLUB CLAM DIG - Twin Harbors Beach. Carpool will be leaving Mud Bay Park & Ride at 4:30 pm. 

Get on the beach at the North end of Grayland State Park and turn south for about 3/4 mile.  We should be setup just before the fresh water crosses the beach.  Look for the PSA Outings flag mounted in a trailer hitch.

Low tide is at 7:30 pm.  I'll have wood for the bon fire and hot dogs to cook on it.  Let me know if you are planning on joining us and I will make sure there are enuf dogs for all.

If you have never dug Razor Clams before and would like to learn, just holler.  I've got extra equipment and I know just the place to find very knowledgeable instructors.

-       *If a vendor/organization would like to have a booth during our holiday weekends (Nov. 25, Dec. 2, Dec. 9, Dec. 16) please let me know. These holiday weekends could be a fun opportunity for you all to promote your organization. Reminder: vendors/organizations cannot sell products, but you can promote what you do. For the holidays, you could get creative and have a fun interactive holiday activity for families/customers to participate in.

     Our PSA Annual Garage Sale Fundraiser posted June 10, 2016
We will be hold our annual garage sale July 16th at 4554 14th AVE SE, Lacey, WA 98503 from
8:00-4:00.  We will need volunteers on the 15th to help price items.  People helping price/setup will get first choice of items.
GREAT SECCESS, over $2,000 taken in 


Fishing seminar on March 25th.  We are holding it at Cabela’s.

      Special Needs Kids fish-in either at Mason Lake or Panhandle Lake in May.


Our Annual Fishing Seminar will be held Sunday April 10th 2016 (10am - 5pm) at the McClane firehouse on Harrison Rd in Olympia
$35 to non-members, BUT that includes a PSA chapter membership

Our annual South Sound PSA Seafood fundraiser banquet will take place at our April 7th 2016 monthly meeting at the Lacey Community Center.   $15 a plate

It’s that time of year again and you know what that means…Trout Moves!   March 26th will be the date and we will be stocking Lake Nahwatzel, Lost Lake, Vance Creek Pond #1, and Lake Sylvia.   If you are able to help or know anybody who might want to help, feel free to join us.   As usual, we will need help seining the ponds, dip netting fish, loading tanks, and transporting the fish to the area they will be released.   Remember, waders and/or raingear are needed and a lunch if you plan to stay until the end. 
We will provide coffee, bottled water, and snacks (yes, cookies!).
Start time will be 8:30ish and I anticipate we will finish up by early afternoon. Hope you can join us for all the fun!

We have a Razor Clam Outing on Saturday 3/19/16 at Roosevelt Beach.  For those who would like to caravan down, we will leave the MudBay Park & Ride at 2:30.  For those going down by themselves, we'll see you at the Gazebo.  We are leaving early and will take our time getting there and digging.  Low Tide is at 5:00 pm.
Let me know if you are planning on going and I'll make sure there are enuf hot dogs and fixings for everybody. I'll have a bon fire for everybody to enjoy.  Hope you will join us.
